AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is hiring for our Before & After School Programs at Glen Ridge Elementary Schools in New Jersey.

The role offers an opportunity to gain leadership experience while supporting students before and after school. As an Early Learning Professional, you will lead a group of students through engaging activities, prioritize child safety, maintain a tidy space, and foster an inclusive, supportive environment for kids, families, and staff.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Hours: 7:00-8:45am & 2:45-6:00pm

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

We're Looking For An Early Learning Professional Who

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

In This Role, You Will

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
