Job summary

Brave Christian Schools seeks a part-time, year‑round Before and After School Teacher to foster a Christ‑centered enrichment environment for TK–5th grade. You will lead activities, devotionals, and mentoring, guiding spiritual and social growth while modeling ministry-minded service.

The role emphasizes leadership in enrichment, safety, and joyful learning, with opportunities to host weekly sessions and participate in a summer program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience with children in school, after‑school, summer camp, or ministry setting.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to model faith‑based values in daily interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with students, leading games, conversations, and enrichment activities.
• Model Christ‑like character and support spiritual development through devotionals and mentoring.
• Lead age‑appropriate devotionals and lessons aligned with monthly faith‑based focus.
• Oversee safety, supervision, and classroom management during both sessions.
• Plan and host weekly enrichment classes or clubs with stipend compensation.
• Support program operations and transitions, ensuring consistency and organization.
