Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring multiple positions for our Before and After School Program at Bethel Elementary School in Bethel, PA and Penn-Bernville Elementary School in Bernville, PA for the 2026–2027 school year, following the school calendar with morning and afternoon sessions.

This part-time, non-exempt role offers pay of $13.50–$16.00 per hour, with opportunities for morning, afternoon, or both programs.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working with children under 13
• Medically cleared of communicable diseases, including TB

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academics, art and homework support.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and engaging environment and serve as a positive role model.
• Observe state guidelines and program policies and assist with attendance and registrations.
• Support program operations and staffing responsibilities as needed.
