Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our Before and After School Program at Bethel Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon sessions, and offers employer-paid childcare and other benefits.

You will guide children through supervised activities, ensure safety, and support classroom operations while collaborating with families and teammates in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with children under 13
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical clearance of communicable diseases, including TB

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children in the program.
• Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations, which may include attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
