Job summary

Renaissance Charter at Chickasaw Trail in Orlando, FL, seeks a Before & After Care Worker to maintain a safe, orderly environment during before and after school programs. You will supervise students, distribute snacks, and support homework help while upholding CSUSA procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to resolve conflicts with children and parents.
• Reports to the Director of Before and After Care Program and to the school principal.
• Follows proper student sign in and dismissal procedures for Before Care.
• Monitors students and supports tutors during activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during before and after care programs.
• Assist with supervision in cafeteria, playground and other designated areas.
• Distribute snacks and supervise playground activities.
• Tutor and assist students with homework.
• Maintain an orderly, safe environment and follow CSUSA policies.
