Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Programs at Milton Union Exempted Village School for the 2026-2027 school year.

The role is part-time, non-exempt with an hourly pay of $14.50 and follows the school calendar. Opportunities may exist for morning, afternoon, or both programs, with employer-paid childcare benefits and other supportive perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience with kids under 13 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, academics, art, and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model for children.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations such as attendance records, registration, and staffing.
