Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our Before and After School Program at Crothersville Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year.

The position is part-time and follows the school calendar, with morning and/or afternoon shifts (6:45 AM–8:00 AM and 2:30 PM–6:00 PM). Hourly pay is $14.50, and duties include leading activities, ensuring safety, and supporting families.

Qualificações

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with kids under 13 preferred.
• Health clearance including TB screening per state regulations.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, lift and carry up to 50 pounds while engaging with children.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum including fitness, STEAM, art, and homework support.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and serve as a positive role model.
• Observe state guidelines, program policies, and host school rules.
• Support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing tasks.
