Job summary

Craft Beer Guild Distributing of NY, a member of the Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking an ASM / Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team in our NY market. This full-time role focuses on growing market share, expanding distribution, and managing expenses.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 5–7 years of sales leadership in beer, wine, or consumer goods, plus strong communication and management skills. Position offers competitive salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5–7 years of sales experience in beer, wine, or consumer goods.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of laws for sale/delivery of alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relations and promote goodwill.
• Supervise sales reps to maximize sales and distribution.
• Implement and execute marketing strategies.
• Schedule personnel for promotional activities.
• Recruitment, selection, and training of sales force.
• Review credit status with Credit Manager.
• Forecast sales and orders.
• Prepare monthly sales objectives and action plans.
• Monitor industry developments.
