Job summary

Sheehan Family Companies in New York seeks a Sales Representative to grow our craft beer portfolio and build relationships with bars, restaurants, and retailers across Ulster, Dutchess, and Orange counties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, high-energy, and eager to learn.

The role offers $40,000–$50,000 annually with bonus potential, plus platinum-level medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, sales and management.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• This person will live in or around the assigned area.
• Valid and clean driver's license.
• Ability and willingness to work independently.
• Cicerone Beer Server Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and retail accounts
• Grow sales and increase placements of our craft beer portfolio within your territory
• Merchandise and maintain product displays, ensuring freshness and proper rotation
• Organize and execute in-store promotions, tastings, and special events
• Develop new accounts and identify new sales opportunities
• Manage orders, deliveries, and account inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Meet monthly sales and distribution goals, reporting progress to your manager
• Represent Craft Beer Guild at industry events and maintain a positive company image
• Other duties as assigned
