Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a dedicated merchandiser for Orlando routes. The role starts early (4:00 am–6:00 am) and involves stocking, displaying, and rotating products at grocery and beverage outlets.

You will move products between backroom and floor with a pallet jack, use mobile tech for routing, and document executions with photos. Applicants should be 18+, possess a reliable vehicle with a valid license, and be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (up to 170 lbs for keg handling).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older as required by state law.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems and devices for routing compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Account Territory: Orlando

• Shift: Full-time with a 4:00 am-6:00 am start time
• Must be 18 years ofage.
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement Monthly Car Allowance
• Benefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment)

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
