Job summary

DET Beverages, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Merchan-dising Specialist earning starting at $19/hr plus mileage reimbursement and a car allowance. You will stock, display and rotate products across assigned routes, using company tools to track routing and in-store execution.

Requirements include 18+, reliable auto, valid license, and ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly with potential heavier lifts for keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checks and upload photos documenting in-store execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to sustain inventory levels and freshness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Location: Nashville, TN

Starting pay is at $19/hr, plus mileage reimbursement and car allowance

Benefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment)

401k with Company match (after 60 days of employment)

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
