Job summary

Premium Distributors of Virginia, part of Reyes Holdings, is seeking a full-time merchandiser for routes in Alexandria, VA. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour plus overtime, with a monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement.

You will visit grocery and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products, transport goods with pallet jacks, and document execution using company systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and meet state age requirements.
• Must have reliable personal auto transportation and valid license.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly; up to 170 lbs for special tasks.
• 0–6 months general work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor with pallet jack/hand truck.
• Use routing tech and systems for accurate account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and document displays/backstock photos.
• Maintain organized backstock and support inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Company: Premium Distributors of Virginia


• Route: Alexandria, VA


• Requirements: Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation


• Shift: 5 days/week, weekends required, 6:00 AM start (Full-Time only)


• Pay: $19.50/hr starting + overtime + monthly car allowance & mileage reimbursement

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes


• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when handling keg products or operating pallet jacks and loading tools


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
