Job summary

Ideal candidates will have Bev Alcohol experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to analyze data to identify expansion opportunities. Requires travel and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bev Alcohol industry experience required (1+ year preferred).
• Experience in selling/merchandising in off- and on-premise retail.
• Knowledge of 3-tier system with wholesaler management vs retail execution.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and distribution through local and national programs.
• Target key markets and promote distributor partnerships.
• Identify and market to accounts to maximize distribution and shelf space.
• Build distributor relationships through regular meetings and updates.
• Train distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Develop relationships with retailers in assigned territory.
• Coordinate marketing drives and promotions with customers and events.
• Use data to identify opportunities for growth and new distribution.
• Record daily sales activity and support bonus objectives.
