Responsibilities

• Order and maintain inventory of Beer Den supplies and draught beer.
• Build relationships with distributor/wholesaler partners and brewery reps.
• Schedule events like tap takeovers and conduct tastings.
• Train Beer Den Hosts on operating procedures and standards.
• Drive beer and growler sales and ensure proper pricing and product selection.
• Maintain sanitation and appearance of the Beer Den and perform routine equipment upkeep.
