Job summary

America's Heartland Packing in Oklahoma is hiring for a carcass sorting role focused on separating normal from abnormal carcasses and parts. You will observe, palpate, and incise to detect conditions while following FSIS regulations. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of food safety and quality.
• Training will include Beef Modernization and straight knife, steel, hook.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe, palpate, and incise carcass parts to identify abnormalities.
• Perform preparation and presentation activities for carcasses and parts.
• Follow FSIS regulations and company procedures.
• Notify if suspect reportable disease during sorting.
• Attend hire and refresher training; willing to train others.
