Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Basic understanding of units of measure.
• Ability to read, understand and follow written specifications, blueprints, or schematics in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned equipment daily per posted production schedule and sanitize.
• Monitor equipment operations; troubleshoot and notify supervision of issues.
• Record data entry and adjust parameters as needed.
• Calibrate systems for time, temperature, and positions.
• Record temperatures and interpret related data.
• Use measuring devices and record product parameters.
• Work with maintenance staff on preventative maintenance programs.
• Follow safety policies and good manufacturing practices.
