Job summary

Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, seeks a Training Supervisor for our beef harvest facility in Long Prairie, Minnesota. You will design, implement and manage all training programs, develop materials, and lead hands-on training to elevate employee skills.

You will collaborate with Safety, Quality and HR leaders to refresh content, coach on the Laws of Combat, and support the Development Programs for supervisors and trainees.

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years and work in the United States.
