Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors day-to-day beef processing/cooked operations to meet productivity and quality objectives.
• Supervises production supervisors and provides instruction and feedback for efficiency and quality.
• Identify and resolve process operational issues to maintain safety and productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and quality procedures across the department.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
• Communicate with meat department resources to ensure compliance with policies.
