Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef LLC is seeking a Value Added Manager to lead the Value Added and Ground Beef division. You will direct the hourly team, manage production against the make sheet and specs, and optimize yields while coordinating with QA, HR, and Maintenance.

This role emphasizes Creekstone Proud culture, safety, and continuous improvement, reporting to the Operations Manager and aligning with production priorities.

Qualifications

• Three to five+ years of beef plant supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of beef cuts, yields, and production processes.
• Experience with case-ready operations and steak cutting.
• Experience working with a diverse labor force.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the hourly employees of the Value Added and Ground Beef division.
• Direct daily production to the make sheet, customer specifications, and efficiency and yield targets.
• Oversee further processed items, including high-end retail products and customer-specific programs.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure processing activities conform to product specifications.
• Meet customer orders, specifications, and delivery needs.
• Maintain accurate production, yield, and labor records for the division.
• Develop positive working relationships with employees, peers, and leaders.
