Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance experience in a high-volume production environment.
• 3+ years of maintenance-management or supervisory experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors.
• Knowledge of safety practices including LOTO and machine guarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant maintenance department and workforce.
• Develop maintenance standards and performance expectations.
• Plan preventive, predictive and reactive activities.
• Ensure maintenance aligns with production schedules.
• Establish breakdown-response process to minimize downtime.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with QA and operations on food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee CMMS and maintain accurate maintenance records.
