Job summary

Creekstone Farms Premium Beef is seeking a Value Added Trainee to join our production team on the line. You will debone, trim and cut beef to customer specifications while modeling a continuous improvement mindset and promoting a Creekstone Proud culture.

The role is physically demanding and performed in a cold environment. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 100 lbs on occasion and safely handle sharp knives and power equipment.

Qualifications

• Stand entire shift on concrete or elevated surface.
• Lift/carry up to 100 lbs on occasion.
• Tolerate repetitive motions.
• Use proper equipment to trim, debone, skin meat products.
• Work with sharp knives and power equipment.
• Work in cold/damp indoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, fabricate and package beef products on production line.
• Possess continuous improvement mindset and model Creekstone Proud culture.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
