Job summary

Qualifications

• Harvest floor knife experience required.
• Ability to sharpen knives and maintain sharp edges.
• Willingness to learn anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull products repeatedly.
• Must work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise knife cuts while observing pathology, presentation, and sanitary standards.
• Collaborate with multiple harvest floor departments and participate in training.
