Qualifications

• Harvest floor knife experience required.
• Ability to sharpen a knife and maintain sharpness.
• Willingness to learn anatomy, physiology and pathological disease processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented and disciplined.
• Interested in work that challenges you mentally.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull product repetitively.
• Work effectively in a TEAM atmosphere.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Beef Modernization Sorters work closely with many different harvest floor departments including USDA-FSIS Consumer Safety Inspectors.
