Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Beef Modernization/FSQA Sorter Supervisor to support the Technical Services Superintendent in achieving Food Safety and Quality Assurance objectives. You will lead the Sorter team, provide training, and oversee performance while driving continuous improvement in food safety systems.

You will apply HACCP, GMP, and SSOP expertise, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with USDA regulatory requirements throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and SSOP programs.
• Experience with USDA regulatory requirements and beef processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and management of HACCP, GMP, SSOP.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Food Safety team members.
• Review plant information including NR’s, microbial data, and HACCP/SSOP trends.
