Ohio Beef Council seeks an Executive Director to lead strategic initiatives, staff oversight, and stakeholder engagement. This role represents the beef industry, coordinates marketing, education and promotions, and ensures strong organizational performance with the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association Board and committees.

The Executive Director manages staff, budgets and programs, collaborates with partner organizations, and travels regionally to support beef promotion and industry initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Management or related field
• 5+ years in a management or supervisory role; nonprofit/beef industry experience preferred
• Experience in government affairs, public policy, advocacy or regulatory engagement

• Directs staff and oversees operations for the Ohio Beef Council and Ohio Cattlemen’s Association
• Plans and coordinates budgets, programs and marketing activities
• Represents the associations with government officials, partners and media
• Oversees staff development, performance appraisals and professional growth
• Manages contracts, compliance, reporting, and financial stewardship
