Job summary

Legacy Farmers Cooperative FS in Findlay, Ohio, seeks a President & CEO to provide strategic leadership across grain, agronomy, energy, and retail operations. You will work with the Board to set long-term objectives and translate them into actionable plans, budgets, and performance metrics.

You will oversee executive teams, ensure financial health, compliance, safety and community stewardship, and build talent pipelines to sustain growth for members and customers in northwest Ohio.

Qualifications

• College degree or advanced degree in agricultural business, grain, or finance with leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in grain merchandising, operations, accounting, and capital planning.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align operations with strategy.
• Experience in cooperative marketing and finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Board and management to set and execute strategic plans.
• Oversee annual operating and capital budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure safety, ethics, regulatory compliance across divisions.
• Represent the cooperative to members, lenders, and community partners.
• Develop talent and succession planning.
