Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures area is properly staffed to meet operational needs.
• Monitors production area and provides on-the-job training and support to supervisor.
• Meets volume goals, reduces claims, maximizes yields, reduces costs.
• Maintain good working relationships with Union, USDA, Quality Control and Maintenance.
• Manage movement of bids, new hire placement, and turnover reduction.
• Facilitate and/or participate in group meetings.
• Ensure company policies are followed.
• Maintain work safety regulations.
• Greets and speaks with personnel to provide cohesive working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
