Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in humid, hot, wet, or moving environments with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Remove exposed stomach and other organs without rupturing tissues.
• Process and remove stomach, intestines, liver, and pluck.
• Kosher cattle procedures and rabbi tag handling as described.
• Maintain cleanliness; sanitize knives and tools; follow safety rules.
