Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Customer Service training or medical-field coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient bed placements between the ED, in-house units, and procedural areas.
• Maintain patient placement accuracy using the SMS/ADT system and ensure timely bed assignment.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and comply with department policies and procedures.
• Provide professional customer service to staff, physicians and facilities.
