Mattress Warehouse Corporate in Bardstown, KY is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive in-store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will guide customers with the bedMATCH diagnostic system, helping them select the right mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.

The role involves a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a compensation package that blends hourly pay or commission, plus bonuses and a strong 401(k)

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred and proven success in driving sales.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Mattress Warehouse products and guide customers through the sales process.
• Use bedMATCH system and tablets to recommend best mattresses.
• Provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintaining showroom flow.
• Convey friendly, energetic, team-oriented attitude to enhance in-store experience.
