Mattress Warehouse is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. You’ll help customers select mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system, delivering a personalized shopping experience while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases.
• Enjoy meeting customers and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH system and consultative approach.
• Work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Utilize tablets, mobile POS and bedMATCH technology on the floor.
