Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will engage customers with a friendly, high-energy approach in a busy retail environment, leveraging tablets and POS to complete sales.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and you should be able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading purchases. We offer a robust compensation package with the greater of hourly wage or commissions, bonuses

Qualifications

• We are seeking Retail Sales Consultants to join a large mattress retailer.
• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses and bedding using our proven selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience for customers.
• Utilize tablets and a POS system to process sales and transactions.
• Engage customers, identify needs, and close sales with enthusiasm.
