With 520+ stores nationwide and 35+ years in the industry, we pride ourselves on customer-focused service and quality sleep solutions using our bedMATCH diagnostic system.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Fluent English; bilingual with Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds and assisting customers with loading mattresses.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using the bedMATCH diagnostic system to guide customers.
• Provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
