Job summary

Peking Handicraft, Inc. in South San Francisco is seeking a dedicated designer to create bedding and pillow collections with cut and sew details. You will recolor artwork to fit customer specs and develop tech packs with repeats and Pantone colors.

Ideal candidates have strong Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD skills, an eye for color and prints, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Apparel designers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Photoshop and Illustrator a must.
• Proficient in CAD.
• Strong eye for color, prints, and attention to detail.
• Experience in bedding design is a plus, but training provided.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Design bedding and pillow collections with cut and sew details.
• Recolor existing art to fit customer or trend specifications.
• Create tech packs for artwork including repeat size, Pantone colors, and design scale.
• Pull and develop new ideas and concepts.
