Job summary

HiEnd Accents is seeking a Western Bedding Designer to create print-focused collections for the Paseo Road brand. You will conceptualize, design, and develop marketable bedding lines aligned with brand vision and quality standards.

Primarily freelance with potential for full-time, the role involves collaborating with Sales, Creative, and Sourcing, presenting concepts to leadership, and traveling to markets to capture trends and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Textile Design or related field.
• 3–5 years textile design experience, preferably bedding.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience developing product directly with factories.
• Strong understanding of PD lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Technical knowledge of textiles, fabrications, weaves, printing, and manufacturing

• Create cohesive designs for bedding, pillows, throws & accessories.
