Job summary

Printfresh LLC is seeking an Assistant Designer to help bring joyful, print-forward sleepwear collections to life. This hands-on role focuses on translating seasonal direction into CADs, sketches, colorways, print layouts, and tech packs for in-house production in Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop, and a keen eye for color, print, and detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in apparel design (assistant/designer role).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required.
• Experience creating apparel CADs, technical flats, colorways, and artwork mockups.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop sleepwear CADs, flats, construction sketches, and mockups.
• Translate direction into production-ready design information; develop colorways and prints.
• Prepare tech packs in partnership with Product Development and Technical Design.
• Review prototypes and samples for alignment with approved design; document feedback.
