HiEnd Accents in Dallas is seeking a talented Bedding Designer to create cohesive bedding concepts, prints, and patterns for our Paseo Road brand. You will conceptualize and develop new collections that meet our quality standards and align with our brand vision.

Join a collaborative team, work with sales, sourcing, and factory partners, and travel to markets as needed to stay ahead of trends. This freelance role may transition to full-time for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in textile design or related field.
• 3–5 years textile design experience, bedding preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience developing products directly with factories.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Create cohesive designs for bedding, pillows, throws, and accessories.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, and sourcing teams to meet objectives.
• Communicate with factory partners for on-time product development and deliveries.
• Build concept presentations for new product launches for upper management.
• Lead innovation in print, pattern, and solid bedding programs.
