Job summary

Atrium Staffing is seeking an Associate Designer to support bedding and bath collections from concept through production. You will collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Artists, and vendors to develop seasonal collections and ensure projects stay on track.

The role requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills and PLM experience. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in home textiles, a Bachelor’s in a design-related field, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in home textiles or related product development.
• Experience with bedding, bath, or soft home products.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• PLM experience is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal designs aligned with brand direction and market trends.
• Prepare artwork, presentations, and physical samples for buyer meetings.
• Create art plans, recolors, and design updates as needed.
• Coordinate with artists, vendors, and Product Development teams.
• Maintain accurate product information within PLM systems.
• Review samples, lab dips, and artwork and provide timely feedback.
• Support showroom and market preparation.
• Assist with mentoring Junior Designers/Design Assistants as needed.
