Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with bedbound clients.
• Ability to provide complete personal care.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Must meet safety and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Repositioning the client according to the care plan.
• Perform bed mobility and repositioning safely.
• Provide non-medical personal support including bed baths, hygiene and dressing.
• Monitor skin condition and report changes promptly.
• Assist with feeding, hydration and nutrition per plan.
• Document care and observations in real time.
