Helping Hearts USA LLC in Nashville is seeking an experienced bedbound caregiver for a 12-hour shift assignment. The role requires hands-on care, Hoyer lift experience, and the ability to provide continuous supervision, ADLs, and safety monitoring for a fully dependent client.

Pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with weekend availability required. CNA certification is not required but strongly preferred; verifiable caregiving experience is encouraged.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is NOT required.
• CNA certification or a higher-level healthcare credential is strongly preferred and considered a plus.
• Applicants may be considered if they have strong, verifiable professional caregiving experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide continuous supervision, safety monitoring, and companionship during the shift.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Perform bed baths and maintain personal hygiene.
• Assist with grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, hair care, and shaving.
• Provide incontinence and perineal care and skin monitoring.
• Safely operate a Hoyer lift and transfer equipment per care plan.
• Assist transfers between bed, wheelchair, and other areas.
• Complete required documentation and shift notes accurately.
