Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA certification not required, but a CNA or higher credential is a plus.
• Experience with fully bedbound or high-care needs caregiving.
• Hands-on Hoyer lift experience required for this assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous supervision, safety monitoring, and companionship during shifts.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene.
• Perform bed baths and maintain client cleanliness and dignity.
• Assist with grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and hair care.
• Provide incontinence and perineal care.
• Monitor skin; report redness or breakdown promptly.
• Operate Hoyer lift and transfer equipment per care plan.
• Assist transfers between bed, wheelchair, and recliner.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Offer fluids and monitor intake per care plan.
• Document care tasks and shift notes accurately on time.
