Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking an experienced overnight caregiver to support a bed-bound client on a three-night weekly schedule in Nashville. This role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on ADL care, safe transfers, and attentive overnight supervision.

You will work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights, provide dignity and comfort, monitor skin integrity, assist with meals and hydration, and document observations for the care team.

Formación

• Experience in overnight caregiving and full ADL support.
• Bed-bound care experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Hoyer lift transfers and safe handling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full bed-bound ADL support including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care and continence care.
• Perform regular checks and reposition every 2 hours to maintain skin integrity and comfort.
• Assist with or perform transfers using a Hoyer lift following safety procedures.
• Provide overnight monitoring and prompt response to care needs.
• Offer companionship with respectful, patient engagement during the night.
• Light housekeeping and meal support as defined by the care plan.
• Observe health status and report changes to the care team.
