Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking an experienced caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a fully bedbound client in a home setting. This is a hands-on total-care assignment involving personal care, transfers, and comprehensive ADL support, with a focus on dignity and safety.

Experience with Hoyer lifts is required; CNA or higher credential is a plus but not required. Weekend availability and a dependable, consistent schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Bedbound or high-care needs caregiving experience.
• Hands-on experience with transfers and ADLs.
• Experience operating a Hoyer lift and transfer equipment.
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous supervision, safety monitoring, and companionship during shifts.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform bed baths and maintain personal hygiene.
• Assist with grooming, dressing, and skincare as required.
• Provide incontinence and perineal care as needed.
• Use Hoyer lift and transfer equipment per care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding per dietary instructions.
• Complete shift notes and required documentation accurately.
