Job summary

Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking a Program Manager responsible for the technical and programmatic execution of the BECS, supporting Army emergency communications modernization across installations.

The role serves as the primary technical interface with the Government, overseeing engineering, cybersecurity, and modernization activities, and leading a multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely, high-quality contract deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience supporting complex Department of Defense engineering or acquisition programs.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Knowledgeable in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day technical and programmatic point of contact for the Government program office and COR.
  • Manage staffing, task assignment, and subcontractor performance across the engineering team.
  • Direct the preparation and on-time submission of all contract deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports, the Risk Management Plan, Quarterly Program Management Reviews, and cybersecurity assessment reporting.
  • Oversee configuration management activities, including ECP processing and Configuration Control Board Support, and coordinate cybersecurity compliance activities across all task areas.
  • Establish and run a proactive risk management process, identifying integration, schedule, and cybersecurity risks early and driving mitigation with the responsible technical leads.
