Job summary

enGenius Consulting Group is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to oversee technical and programmatic execution for the BECS project, modernizing Army emergency communications across installations. The role requires SECRET clearance and involves leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team, ensuring timely, quality contract deliverables and interfacing with Government officials.

The position is full‑time contingent on contract award, located at Ft.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
Fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible experience in DoD engineering or acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day‑to‑day technical and programmatic point of contact for the Government program office and COR.
Manage staffing, task assignment, and subcontractor performance across engineering team.
Direct the preparation and on‑time submission of all contract deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports, the Risk Management Plan, Quarterly Program Management Reviews, and cybersecurity assessment reporting.
Oversee configuration management activities, including ECP processing and Configuration Control Board support, and coordinate cybersecurity compliance activities across all task areas.
Establish and run a proactive risk management process, identifying integration, schedule, and cybersecurity risks early and driving mitigation with the responsible technical leads.
