Job summary

Blo Blow Dry Bar is seeking a creative, energetic Social Media & Content Creator for in-person work in the Birmingham area. You’ll film in-salon content and edit engaging Reels, TikToks, and Stories to grow our online presence.

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong videography, photography, and editing skills (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of current social media trends, viral content, and platform best practices.
• Ability to think creatively and generate new content ideas consistently.
• Comfortable directing models and clients during content shoots.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and creating memorable brand experiences.

We’re searching for someone who understands the beauty industry, loves creating engaging content, and knows how to turn everyday salon moments into videos and posts that attract new clients.
