West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. This entry-level role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding clients through tanning services, and maintaining a welcoming salon environment.

You will meet daily sales targets, educate customers on products and safety, and participate in on-the-job training to grow in a fast-paced retail setting. This position offers growth potential and a team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings
