West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to join our Bel Air, MD team and represent our brand in a fast-paced salon setting.

As an entry-level Sales and Customer Service teammate, you will meet daily sales goals, educate customers on tanning services and retail items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours).
• Lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach tanning equipment for first-time users.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
