Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin tasks.
• Assist in training new hire sales associates.
• Hold team members accountable to policies and sales expectations.
• Interact with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon.
• Open/close the business and manage daily paperwork.
