Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our tanning salon team. You will engage customers, demonstrate equipment, and promote products and memberships in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Starting pay is $20.25 per hour with guaranteed commissions on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus monthly bonus opportunities and training. This role emphasizes customer service and sales excellence in West Hollywood, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment when needed.
• Attend off-site sales events and job trainings.
